Hello, my name is Christina Swain. I have been a licensed realtor for over 7 years, so I understand how the business operates. My mother has been a realtor for 20 years and was a driving force behind me entering the business. I began taking real estate classes when I was 17, so that when I turned 18, I could become licensed. And that is what I did.
I became interested in the Marketing aspect of real estate after I graduated from Temple with a degree in Marketing. Thus, I decided to combine the two industries and create the ideal job for me. I found that many top producers were great at sales, but did not have the time or sometimes knowledge to market their properties as well as themselves. That is where I step in. My goal is not only to advertise your listings, but YOU. I believe branding is the key to succeeding in real estate. You need to differentiate yourself from others.
I consider myself to be an ethical, honest person with integrity and look for the same qualities in others who I work with. I feel that if I help you succeed and are happy with the results, I have succeeded. I value your satisfaction, it is my number one goal.
